Great course, offers the most “features” in course design and is in great shape. 10/10

Great course layout and amenities. Only issue would be the quality of the greens - weeds covered most of the greens creating inconsistent/impossible to read situations. Just as bad (if not worse) as the greens being sanded and aerated. I would assume they will improve as it’s barely spring but for the price I would expect more. On the other hand, tee boxes and fairways were great.

Horrible condition not worth the time to go out there for $57.00! It is a $20.00 course if that. It could be a really nice course if they watered it! So if you like playing on concrete and did I mention you have to play cart path only as well! Not Worth the Money!

Good course fun layout. If you drive the ball 265 off the tee you can play the gold pro tees. Greens were Bermuda from what I could tell and comparable to other texas courses. However there definitely some interesting shapes for greens. Don't go left on 18 or you will be hitting off rocks lol split the fairway or pay the price. Back 9 is a little tighter than the front. Hole 16 should be #1 handicap from the golds its around 460 par4 ob left water right. To some people the greens may seem fast but I'm used to putting on bent grass which in my opinion rolls like you are putting on ice.
