Tee boxes were ok, some were really damp and it appeared they’re transitioning from rye overseed. Greens were best I’ve ever seen them, they rolled well about 9.5-10.5. They don’t look that great but roll really well. Appearance isn’t that important as long as they’re rolling true and on the faster side. Fairways were in decent shape, about as good as one can expect from a muni. Overall great value for condition of course.
