Pretty shitty fairways and roughs. Could t fine my ball when I saw exactly where it went.

Greens are halfway to unputtable. Pace of play was awful for an empty course.

Gorgeous. Greens were rolling at 6:00 am. Would play again.. maybe in 3 hours.

Greens are firm and fast. Bunkers need work. I couldn’t hit a proper green side bunker shot due to them just having hardly any sand and being firm. Other than that, course is in great shape!
