Pace of play incredibly slow. 4:10 round with skipping a hole, multiple occasions of 3 groups on the same hole and had to wait at least 5 minutes on every tee box.

Fairways looked good.

Course condition overall is very nice for the area. Greens are maybe 7/10 speed, but 9.5/10 quality; roll very true. Back tees are fairly challenging, 74.3 seems to be an accurate rating. All of the par 3s are longer than average, shortest one from blacks is about 190. Facilities are above and beyond with night golf on the range and executive course. Pace of play has room for improvement with teetimes only 8 minutes apart. Expect delays on busy days past 9 am.
