One of my favorite courses in “DFW” wish I could play it way more often.

For winter conditions the course is in great shape. Greens are running fast and true. Even the bunkers are playable. The only concern is the raw sewage that still flows in the creek in front of the 9th green and subsequently into the pond to the south and the small lake guarding the 18th hole. It's pretty disgusting.

A championship level design that is kept in good condition. You will have the opportunity to think your way around the course rather than just bashing the ball. Miss in the right places and take advantage of holes 3-6, then hang on through a difficult back nine.
This is probably the most scenic course in DFW. Absolutely worth the drive.
Pace of play is fine.
