Great course only thing that could make it better is if they had some sand bunkers and if the greens were larger. Great practice course with a great price. The greens are super fast and small which makes it difficult.

Course was in great shape even with the Texas drought. Weekday green fees $12 and cart for 18 holes was $20. Greens were very good and so were fairways. Course was well kept. Not a lot of people were out on a Tuesday morning and gave us time to work on our game.
