Course is in great shape

Impressive public course. Challenge for all levels. Made more difficult if that Texas wind kicks up. Many of the greens are elevated with some steep run offs. Looking forward the Houston Open to watch the pros play it.

Played the morning of Thanksgiving with 830a shotgun start. Had fun and enjoyed the course layout as we had light rain off and on. They just finished over seeding, and greens were still little quick with wet grounds. Pace of play was definitely reasonable as it was cart path only (little over 4 hours). Would definitely play this again next Thanksgiving and will try and play it with nicer weather in the upcoming months.
