Desperately need the mow the grass. Greens were very slow due to being long. Any fringe grass was so tall you would lose your ball and not be out of bounds. Played here many times but this is first time I’ve seen the course maintenance sub par.

Fun course to play, great pace of play, affordable. The staff was very friendly and I would definitely play there again.

Pecan valley River course is an excellent bang for your buck round of golf. Tee boxes and greens are in decent shape but fairways are in moderate condition. Mainly weeds and bare patches. Overall I would recommend playing a round at the river course.

I recommend going out when the weather is less than ideal. Any time Fort Worth has decent weather you get every walk of life with no knowledge of golf etiquette coming out to play 6 hour rounds, people driving into you mid fairway, etc… Pecan Valley is beautiful, but the city needs to add some funding for much needed Renovations.
