Course has improved in condition. Still some bad parts on rough areas and some greens. But overall good value.

Can score well if you PLAY the course to its true design. A bit of a TARGET golf course on several holes (using iron off the tee to stick to 200 - 210 landing spot) but wide open on many more. Greens are a avg to small I would say, and some holes very unforgiving on a missed approach shot. Pace of play is just fine for weekends. Beverage cart not frequent enough- Lol.

I really like the layout of this course. Makes you really think about what to hit off the tee box. Don’t really think it’s worth $80 for a noon time on a weekend considering the condition of the greens. Seem to have been hit by a fungus or something, lots of dead spots around the edges. Fairways and tee boxes are nice
