It was raining while we were playing so the condition could’ve been 4 stars but hard to tell. Same with green speed it could be slower but the rain made them slick.

Good course for what you’re paying for. Course is very tight. If you’re looking for a 4 hour round minimum you wont get faster than this, ton of play with stacked tee times. Played many times and still go back from time to time. Good bank for your buck, don’t miss the fairways or you have to punch out, almost no room for error.
