The greens are absolutely atrocious. T Box and fairways good practice for light rough. You get what you pay for though. The staff is great. The other players are considerate and generally happy. Plays fast and there are great opportunities to single play fast if you want. Great place to practice, just dont plan on a realistic putting experience.

Course is always in great condition for the price, not too difficult and the greens definitely roll slower than most courses. Overall a great place to play during the week!
