It needs another year or two of growth and maintenance before it is ready for play. Greens are decent but fairways and tee boxes are in horrible condition. I paid $35 for a $15 course right now. It will be a $35 course with some more growth, nurturing, and maintenance. But it’s a rip off right now.

Sands were atrocious, fairways are spare in a lot of locations. Greens need work. Not worth 39 dollars, would be worth 25 at best. Tee times not spaced far enough apart
