I have played this course for many years. Usually 3-5 times a year. It was in the worst condition I have ever seen. Will not be back anytime soon

Pace of play is horrendous

Maybe it was just the holiday rush, but I played here on the 4th and 5th. Both days the course was incredibly busy. We had three groups on every hole, this made for a really slow and delay filled round. Planning to go back on a non holiday weekend to see if POP gets any better. All of that aside, the course was in really great shape! I was very pleased with the challenge and quality of the course!

No rain in the last two weeks and the course is absolutely flooded and soggy. Standing water all over the place. Layout isn't bad, just clearly poorly maintained.
