If you just want to play a round and don’t care about the condition of the course, this is for you. Would not recommend the membership, they want $998 for the year. I don’t think it’s worth $400 . But it is a cheap course by the round. Way over priced for the year

perfect course for high handicap, course has made huge improvements over the past 1.5 years or so

This is a good course for high handicapped. New greenskeeper is doing a great job. The new paved cart paths are a great upgrade and it's still economical to play here.

New cart paths are softer than the fairways.

Soggy greens at 10am. Value is good for what you pay. Love the range balls also.
