Fairways were decent. More than a handful of the roughs were very very soggy or had a lot of standing water. Greens were nice.

For an older course it was well kept. Cart paths definitely need repaired. Some patchy places near the greens but overall a good course. Will definitely play again. We traveled 50 minutes to play.
