This course is so nice and really fun to play

Very muddy

Absolutely criminal that they even charge you to play this farm field. The back nine was okay-ish but the front was the WORST condition I have ever seen a course in.

It's just not worth it anymore. You pay premium rates for conditions that are worth half. The 1st and 18th holes are beautiful, because it's viable from street and clubhouse. The rest is trash. Even their driving range is just dirt.

Lots of mud. Sand traps are mud traps. Worth it for $15 if you’re arcis prime member.

This is so close to being a really nice course. Where there’s grass, it’s beautiful. Otherwise, it’s hard dirt. Greens are in good shape except for the dozens of unrepaired ball marks. Pace of play was awful. Five hours to get through 16 holes before we ran out of light.

Course is way to wet and muddy. Absolutly no rough just clay and mud. Bunkers full of water
