Course was in pretty good condition. However, half the tee boxes (black tees) were not flat and the greens were pretty slow. Some green side bunkers had minimal sand (just a short top layer on hard pan). Fairways were immaculate! Pace of play was great for the first 9 (about 2 hours) but things got bogged down on the back nine (with a 2:45 pace). The last 4 holes were brutally slow. Marshall’s were friendly, as was the pro shop staff. Cart attendants were helpful and ample time to get drinks.

This is probably the best course in Arizona as far as views, condition, track , and amenities! It's a must play
