Punched greens were sandy but good for the money. Pace of play was an issue till guys snuck in ahead of us at the turn. Def would go back

Overall Southern Dunes is a solid and challenging track. As of May 30th, 2026, the greens are firm and pretty quick, and can be hard to hold if you don’t control your ball. However several greens have some dead patches and spotty patches throughout. The putts didn’t roll as good to a couple pin locations because the patchy areas. The bunkers are okay but some are in mediocre condition without a lot of sand or just really dried out in spots.

Beautiful course, stunning views! There were wild animals like coyotes and wild birds running all over the place, it was awesome! Will for sure be back, I loved this course so much.
