Fairways are pretty much dead but for $44 at 2 pm, I’ll take it. Pace of play was great until the 15th hole where we were suddenly waiting for two groups to tee off. No ranger all day. Turned a 3.5 hour round to 4.5 hour round.

Course was super dry. No forgiveness with the fairways. You land in the middle and your ball takes a 8 foot bounce due to the dry conditions. Doesn’t seem like they are watering the course. The pro shop’s comment was that, “it’s been hot”. Muni courses for a third of the price, have put this course to shame with their green fairways.

The grass was all dead including the greens (may 11). It was difficult to find a flat spot on most of the tee boxes. I enjoyed the free range balls and warm up area. The sand was really nice and soft. For 150 dollars it was underwhelming
