The greens were in good shape. But not perfect like you would expect on a Troon course. They still had dead spots. And some fairways still had dirt spots where grass wasn’t growing. I would expect a little better condition from a Troon course. But overall it was a great experience.

I never write reviews but I felt like I had to for this course. I’ll keep it short. First off, the staff is great. Other than that I don’t recommend playing this course for the prices they have now. It’s been closed 6-7 months and looks exactly the same condition it was before. Thought Troon would have it immaculate but it’s at best 6/10. I wouldn’t only play for $50 or less. Also pace of play was horrible, but that’s all over Arizona so… Long story short, course should’ve been in better shape.

They closed for 5 months for remodeling and the course is in worse condition. We paid $70 today, that's about the most they should ever charge to golf this course. Very disappointed in all the hype that they said they were going to do!!!
