Lots of dirt in the fairway. Greens are hard and bare. Played as a single and didn’t catch anyone until hole 15. Fairly open layout. Decent value for what it is.

Nothing special but this course always plays well for me

Excellent conditions. Spoke with the owner as he drove around the course to talk with golfers. Very impressed by the owners enthusiasm and concern for his customers. The golf carts were in good shape and the GPS was very helpful.
