Played July 20, 2023. Well maintained course. Had recently punched the greens so they were slightly bumpy. Also seemed like the cut could have been shorter. The other reviews and the starter said they were known for the speed and difficulty of the greens but they really weren't that fast or heavily contoured. The back nine was much prettier than the front and had far less houses on the course. For July, the turf was in outstanding shape all around. Great cart service, but pricey. Pace of play was 4:30 so not the end of the world, but a few holes have blind shots so there were times when you had to wait longer than you might otherwise. GPS on cart shows where the group ahead had parked. Great clubhouse.
