The course is having a large amount of money invested which is obvious but is aiming to attract more of a “party golf” crowd which does not treat the course very nice. Lots of littered beer cans and poor treatment to the fairways and tee boxes. The location is prime and the rolling landscape is great. Very small fairways so if you miss a shot you’re likely to hit out of dirt and rocks.

Really need to work on pace of play. Course was in good condition.

Fun course, lot of hills so if you miss the green your ball may roll a good 40 yards

With the takeover it is incredibly over priced and is an abomination for all Tempe local players.

Great beginner course. They keep it in good shape in the winter.
