Overall a great value. The course still needs a little work to fully shine, but overall is in pretty good condition
Despite needing improvement, this golf course is a hidden gem. Trees with branches extending over the fairway and bunkers offer challenges and force you to make strategic decisions.
Fairway grass is good, rough is punishing, and greens are slow with most being in rough shape with sand patches. Dotted lines mark out empty patches—like a tiny green within the green.
Overall, the picturesque setting and elevation changes, especially on the back 9, makes it a gem worth playing and preserving.
Few tee boxes are dirt, no pro shop they are doing a full remodel. Course is right on the front 9, back opens up a little. Houses surround the 9th green, legitimately just a few feet off the putting green. Not too much water to deal with. Couple of the greens were in rough shape, I was the first one on the course, beat a Senior League that tees off at 830 on Friday, so I finished in under 3 hours. Few really fun holes, yardages are way off on some holes. One temp green too.
