Best condition course in the area by far for the price. Always a good time playing. Clubhouse right next to 10th hole so easy to stop to grab food at the turn. Greens hole well once they dry up but not as fast as higher end public courses or private ones.

No marshal to keep the pace of play moving. Taking 5 to 6 hours not good.
