Really rough shape, slow pace, and one of the holes was closed. Layout has potential and nice oak trees, they’re laying new irrigation so maybe it will be good in a couple years.

Couldn’t be worse pace of play. Teed off @ 2:00 sunset at 6:11 didn’t even get through the 15th hole. All seniors and apparently they enjoy walking at the slowest pace of all. But did shoot my best round thru 15 🤷‍♂️
