Set the right expectations: it is a very affordable, short, low pressure, no reservation, no formalities course. It is not well kept, houses are too close, iguanas everywhere, bunkers are 50% dirt, fairways are made of weed and greens are rough and bumpy… but I still think it is great!

Unfortunately, the golf course is not well kept. Greens are extremely rough. Overall for the cost and value of the course, I believe it is still a good deal though.

Not the best course, but the price is good.
