Some top dressed tee boxes and greens, but overall the course was in great condition. Wind was up around 20mph which made it very difficult to score. A fun track with large undulated greens. Donald Ross design 👍🏼

A very well managed course excellent staff, and very enjoyable location to play

Okay course. $155 per round (one of the most expensive public courses in Miami) is the biggest negative for Biltmore. Conditions are ehh, but for $155, conditions should be amazing—and they’re not even close to amazing. Greens used to be on the faster side, but they’ve slowed down a lot the past few months. Average difficulty, I’d say: I think holes 7 and 17 are the hardest; all of the other holes are average difficulty at most; & if you hit long drives, you can reach greens on par 5s in two.

Green are slow because the air raided them but the are very fast which I love to play on
