Broke into 89 for my first time ever, excited to play this course again after the renovation

This is a good place to work on your game. After the first hole I treated it like an on-course practice facility. There’s hardly any play so if you want to hit 3 off the tee, go ahead. Need to work on your sand game? Toss a few balls in the bunker and swing away. Everyone at the facility was friendly and easy to talk with. Good design but rough conditions. (Tons of crab grass, dry spots, bald patches.) The greens are brutally slow. Like rolling at a 6-7 on the stimp meter

Course is a nice design but needs some TLC. Greens are not great.

Great beginner course design with very little danger from water but it is in terrible condition. Half of the greens are burnt to a crisp and they are charging $60 for it. Highway robbery in my opinion.

Worst course in S FL

Solid public course but most of the greens are in rough condition. Also as a heads up, they start you on the back nine (starter didn’t mention this), had us and several other groups confused about that throughout the round.
