The course is fun and challenging. The course is in decent condition. A lot of weeds, but greens and fairways were green and in pretty good shape. The layout is challenging with a lot of undulation and narrow greens. I would play again but would suggest avoiding after a hard rain. It appears to retain a lot of water.

Great course experience, the driving range is really nice, also have Toptracer. Beautiful and fairly challenging, nice levels to each hole. The practice green was fairly soft and wet which differed from the course greens (nbd) Starter (smoking a cig) was probably the only issue, for some reason, he forced my play partner and I to head to the first tee nearly 15 minutes before out tee time saying we were holding up the pace of play. To then proceed to get to the tee box and wait 10 minutes anyway

I say overall the course was wonderful, especially for the average price. I gave a 4 star for condition because the green have been a little rough recently. I also gave a 4 for difficulty, but I believe that to be relative. I'm sure there are plenty of courses much more difficult and much less. All around I enjoyed the course and will absolutely return
