Horrible course. Fairways are nonexistent. It's mostly sand. Plus the "temporary tee box" is a mat to hit off of. Not worth the money to play.

On the south course hole 7 had no tee markers or other normal signs. Hole 8's tee box was essentially a flat sand trap. Didn't get far into the west course because on the turn several people were started in front of us and 3 holes took over an hour to complete. The starting and tee times apparently mean nothing here because walk ins just go right away.
