Sad state of affairs. Appears absolutely no maintenance being done to course. Tee boxes were half sand, fairways mud and sand, greens a mixture of various weeds and sand. This course isn't worth the small cost. If they don't want to maintain the course, they should sell it to someone who does. A few holes wrap around a sewage processing plant, which is not pleasant. Every hole is tight fairways, which means you'll likely lose a ton of balls even if you just miss the fairway or green by 10 yards.
