Probably worst fairways I have ever seen. No grass, extremely hard, and huge areas of sand. Tee boxes are the same… Greens have been given some attention and have grass coverage but slow.

Great course.

Tee times are about 3 minutes apart. I’ve been sitting at every hole with 4 groups on the hole. The course is in terrible condition. The cart girl is nowhere to be found on a Saturday afternoon. We teed off at 12:50 and might not make sunset. $70 for 5:30 hour round.

Greens in deplorable condition. Course needs maintenance.

They haven’t invested into the course in years. 75% of the green were all sand… not some sand. All sand. One of the holes had “temporary green” which was a hole in the middle of the fairway.

Tee boxes and Greens are horrible. Greens are almost unplayable. Super disappointed in course condition for the Price.

Greens are currently in VERY bad shape. Nobody in my foursome of 6-15 handicappers could make a putt.
