Played 18, tee boxes were pretty beat up. Only the ones around the clubhouse were maintained well it seemed. It’s a swampy area so the ground pretty much always feels like it just rained. There was groups of members in front and behind my group who really like to complain so I’d count that as another hazard of the course.
