Course has recently been punched/sanded, but a lot of fairway is just sand/bare with a few sprigs of Bermuda. Greens are dry and hard, not very receptive. Tee boxes are ok. Its a fun layout and challenging for iron play, as you don't have but a few driver opportunities. Plan on playing off bald/sand.

First time there .! Will be back ..! Nice course for beginners and better players. Golf carts are the best..! Have all the features on them. GPS, score keeping. etc.. highly recommend.!
