Great place to come out for a cheap round. There are very few players on most days but people will let you play through. The course is in fairly poor shape but with recent rains it has greened up quite well.

Hard to complain about a $27 round… but you should also expect a $27 course. Grass was mostly weeds, greens were …. Interesting … and tee boxes were tall. But pace was good, so there is that

Courses and very poor condition. T-box is fairways and most greens are dead / dirt. Maybe five or six greens with actual grass, the rest are in rough shape, mostly weeds. Pretty cheap to play, so if you're just looking for time outdoors, this will do.

Half the tee boxes are sand

Greens are slow but in decent shape. Grass on tee boxes, fairways, and around the greens is mostly dead. Many lies on dirt or the illusion of grass on top of sandy soil. Price is low and pace of play is fast with few other players out.

Beautiful day on the South course. It’s in great shape.
