Courses and very poor condition. T-box is fairways and most greens are dead / dirt. Maybe five or six greens with actual grass, the rest are in rough shape, mostly weeds. Pretty cheap to play, so if you're just looking for time outdoors, this will do.

Half the tee boxes are sand

Greens are slow but in decent shape. Grass on tee boxes, fairways, and around the greens is mostly dead. Many lies on dirt or the illusion of grass on top of sandy soil. Price is low and pace of play is fast with few other players out.

Beautiful day on the South course. It’s in great shape.

Fairways and tee boxes were in horrible condition. Greens were in pretty good shape but completely dried out. No way to land a shot anywhere near the pin and keep it on the green. It’s as if the irrigation system has been out of commission.

The pricing is a little bit much despite the condition, but this isn’t the first golf course in a military installation that was like this. The staff overall is very friendly and the pro shop is excellent.
