Wish this course was in better condition. Overall the fairways were not terrible but the greens were not green just dirt & sand.

Played 5 times now and each time the ground is better lots of fun to play there

The fairways are complete trash, also the greens are very slow with bumps in them.

Fairways in questionable condition on the Bay-9 and much of the course is straight dirt instead of luscious grass. Good chips tho.

Course is looking better than prior years. However greens are still a tad patchy.

Great course with awesome design through the neighborhood

Decent course for the money, but even better service and hospitality at the Perserve. Five stars for the clubhouse.

Pretty bad condition, great price for the area. I would come back tho!
