The course has just been aerated including the greens. I've played courses when that happens and naturally the condition is less than optimal. This course however, is even less optimal. I live in this neighborhood and I've watched this course evolve over this year. Before this recent aeration, the greens were super slow and not very good in most places. I'm looking at the greens now as the post aeration progresses and it looks like they aren't even addressing the original issues. It's disappointing and frustrating since I really want my "home course" to be better than this.

Overall mediocre right now. Greens are inconsistent at best, but mostly very slow with quite a few bad spots. But each green had some nice areas as well. Fairways were in decent condition. Some mucky spots but that’s to be expected after the rain we’ve had recently.

Green are not in good shape. Decent course to go out and play a round with friends drinking some beers and having a cigar if you are not expecting much but the conditions are not really good at all.
