The greens were mainly dead, some had some little splotches of life in places but for the most part it was like putting on a sidewalk. Some of the fairways and tee boxes weren’t horrible but almost everything was dead or dying. I kinda liked the layout and could definitely see a lot of potential if there was any life… if you don’t care about course conditions and only care about pace of play then this might be the course for you, it played nice and swiftly the whole way through

Greens are in terrible condition as of 10/31/24. Tons of rot and dead spots; the grass that is living is shaggy. Worst condition I’ve seen the course in this year.
