Everyone at this place is just great, Russ is quite the character. The course is in CC/Tour shape in late spring through early fall and then is above average in the last fall until early spring, this is only due to the grass type though. The greens are always fast, especially in the winter. The only negative thing I can say is that some of the snow birds are just curmudgeons haha, they are few and far in between though. Civilians can play at the course as well, not just military/feds.

Absolutely beautiful course, worth the money.
