The value out weighs the rough areas that need to be cut down and less weeds but the greens are in good shape. Rolling well. I hope they can keep the greens maintained. Price point is as great as it gets. $40 weekday / $50 weekend. Can’t beat that.

Course it’s better

Greens were in solid shape. The rest of the course can be maintained better but for $40, amazing value.

Course is in real poor condition, the only good things about it is the service and the greens

Price needs to be lowered due to the conditions of the course. Fairways are ok but the greens are in horrible condition!

Good for the value in the afternoon. Greens are playable, fairways could use work. Tee boxes are respectable for what you’re paying.

Greens have come a long way. They roll pretty true, are one the softer side which is fine because the greens are small. If they were firm the course would be too difficult. Staff is friendly and helpful.
