Good for the value in the afternoon. Greens are playable, fairways could use work. Tee boxes are respectable for what you’re paying.

Greens have come a long way. They roll pretty true, are one the softer side which is fine because the greens are small. If they were firm the course would be too difficult. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Course condition is getting better like it once was 5 years ago it’s about 70% there. Still can’t play there after it rains doesn’t drain well wait at least 2 or more days depending on how much rain

Greens are getting much from when i went 2 months ago so thats a good sign

The course is in absolute terrible condition, makes it nearly unplayable. They really need to invest in it more and take care of it, there is a lot of potential here
