Great value for money. Fairways were in great shape, green were great and a little fast. Tee boxes need a little work, but thats not to say my entire round was very enjoyable.

Greens in great shape, fairways good shape, bunkers terrible shape (no attention paid to those, not even raked daily). Very easy course with wide open fairways and relatively slow and soft greens.
