56°-59° overcast , greens were fast, maintained much better with new owners

The greens were in much better condition than in August, but were a little fuzzy, probably need to be rolled. Overall, a pleasant outing.

Greens are mostly dirt at this point. Feel like should get massive discount for condition of course. Crab grass everywhere. Grew up playing here. It is by far worst condition I’ve seen it in. Looks like a place getting ready to close.
