Course website says they got great new greens. It lied. $50? I can pay $35 at mainlands and not putt through massive spots of dirt for birdie. Not impressed.

Course is feeling the summer heat as the tee boxes and greens are eaten up. It’s over priced for the current condition but I still think it’s one of the more fun courses to play in Tampa

They redid all the greens over the course of about 5 months. I played there before and after all I can say is they did a darn good job. The greens are truly amazing now. Not one green plays completely straight unless you’re under 4 ft. After 4 ft every single one of them have a slope of some kind. Truly a good place to get better at putting. Very clean fairways and well kept even the rough is managed well and maintained. Very good bunker placement on all holes also. Might be my new favorite!

Good course. Greens are raised, but good quality. Pace of play is bad though. Backed up none stop

Good course overall, I’d expect better golfing here in 2025.

Greens under reconstruction

I tried to get food quickly at the turn but I couldn’t. There’s a large golf event going out this afternoon and I guess they each had a meal ticket, so when I came in I waited just to not be served until I needed to go to the teebox. Same thing after the round, tried to order food but they were preoccupied with the same large group so I walked out. Older cart lady can’t keep up and was only on the front 9, never once came to the back which would’ve been nice to know. Service needs to improve

Really enjoyed playing this old school course. Treeline fairways with elevated greens reminds you of Donald Ross design.
