The greens were lightning fast but very bumpy and covered with pitch marks. In some cases in need of major repair. Overall the course requires major investment. The cart paths are crumbling and bunkers improving but still barely playable. Not worthy $55 for a weekend morning.

New ownership is investing and improving the golf experience

Some of the bunkers near the greens are poorly maintained and don’t play like normal bunkers. Some greens are a bit patchy, especially the green on hole 1 (needs to be taken care of asap)

Course was in rough shape when I played. Tons of dirt patches in the fairways and around the greens. Most greens were torn up and in bad shape. Layout of course is fun and challenging but the conditions were brutal

If you don’t hit the fairway your ball will be missing in the roughs half the time. Most fairways are in very poor shape, the pace of play is awful, and the tee times are over priced.

Absolutely the Worst course I have EVER played on for 35$! I will never play here again. They dont mow the rough. Lost so many balls just off the shitty fairways! Cart paths are so bad they need 4x4 carts just to navigate through the 18 shitty holes!
