Very rude ranger and starter. The ranger came out and started yelling at us for being slow but he had the wrong group or starting time. He came back and apologized but it was too late. Everyone got upset. The starter treated us like we were pieces of shit even though we paid over $100. We were the guests not a band of idiots.
