Course needs a lot of work. First hole will explain everything course is in terrible shape.

There is more sand in the fairway than in the bunkers. Looks like the sprinklers haven't been turned on in years. Greens were covered in weeds but they were at least cut. They are repaving the cart path so some sections are smooth
