The fairways were in OK condition, greens were fast and well maintained. Pace of play was awful. There was no starter, so groups were right on top of each other. At the turn, there was no grab & go food, further slowing down the pace. I would only play this course again if it were empty. The pace made this course unenjoyable.

The smell of the reclaimed water for irrigation was overwhelming. The fairways were terrible also. The greens were the only area in decent shape. Overall not worth $30.
