First time playing this course and must say it will be my local go to. It was in immaculate condition! The layout is kind of boring with one par 3 with water (signature hole) but it is challenging enough and the condition of the course makes up for the layout. Paid $75 for a November tee time and that is great considering other courses are priced really high right now.
